1.Product Introduction
The marine electric winch is installed on the water surface vessel. It is a series of products used for retracting small marine instruments. It is used for medium and shallow sea CTD, side-scan sonar, submarine multi-beam sonar, underwater TV camera and other instruments. It has a compact structure and easy installation. The features of convenience, easy operation and low noise meet the requirements of the marine environment for marine use.
A marine winch is a light and small lifting device (see lifting machinery) that uses a drum to wind a wire rope or chain to lift or pull heavy objects, also known as a hoist. The winch can be used alone or as a component in machinery such as lifting, road construction and mine hoisting.
There are two types of winches, manual and electric. The transmission mechanism of the handle rotation of the manual winch is equipped with a stopper (ratchet and pawl) to keep the weight in the desired position. Manual winches used for assembling or lifting heavy objects should also be equipped with safety handles and brakes. Manual winches are generally used in places with small lifting capacity, poor facility conditions or no power supply.
Electric winches are widely used in places with heavy work and large traction. The motor of the single-drum electric winch (pictured) drives the drum through the reducer, and a brake is installed between the motor and the input shaft of the reducer. In order to meet the needs of lifting, traction and slewing operations, there are also winches with double-drum and multi-drum devices.
